Salesforce & Traction Rec consulting
Traction Rec support for Y's, JCCs and community centers.
Go-live is over and the vendor team has moved on, but registrations still need to work. I fix what broke, clean up what got rushed, and stay on call when your staff get stuck.
What I fix
The problems that show up a few months after launch, when there's no one left to ask.
Programs and sessions
Course setup, capacities, waitlists, age rules, and session rollovers that take days instead of hours.
Memberships and pricing
Membership types, discounts, financial assistance and proration that don't add up.
The registration portal
Sign-up flows families give up on, especially on a phone.
Automation
Flows that fire twice, fail quietly, or nobody remembers building.
Data clean-up
Duplicate contacts and households, missing fields, and records that make reports wrong.
Reports and access
Dashboards leadership actually uses, and staff permissions that match their jobs.
